For SaaS founders and product leaders
More of your roadmap, with agents.
When features, integrations and internal improvements are waiting on engineering time, I take responsibility for a defined part of the roadmap. Agents help with research, implementation and checks while I lead the product decisions and work with your team on the release.
Alongside 100+ client engagements.
A few teams I’ve worked with:
The context
A product roadmap includes work that does not fit neatly into one team.
A customer integration may involve sales and engineering. An onboarding change may need product, growth and support. I take responsibility for a defined piece of that work, keeping the decisions and implementation together.
I’ve spent ten years consulting for teams including Framer, Contra, Groupon and The Motley Fool. Agents now let me carry more of that work through at once. I work in your existing codebase and review process, with your team involved in the decisions they need to maintain later.
Areas of work
Product work and the systems around it
- 01

Activation and retention
Connect customer behaviour to the onboarding, lifecycle and product changes worth testing.
- 03
Agent adoption
Turn individual AI use into shared workflows, with clear access, ownership, review and measures of quality.
- 04

How do product ideas become working features?
I work in your codebase, tools and review process. We agree what I’m responsible for and what depends on other people before starting, so your team can review and maintain the work.
Yes. The work can span scoping, customer journeys, product design, engineering and release. We agree which decisions I own and which need your team, with the commercial outcome guiding the implementation.
We agree access, permitted tools and review points before starting. Your code and data remain in systems you control, and any customer commitments or restrictions shape the implementation.
Choose the measure that fits the problem: release time, activation, conversion, retention or operating effort. We establish the baseline and instrument the agreed change so the next decision can follow evidence.
No. Bring the product priority, the constraint and the people who can make decisions. Scoping is part of the engagement, and the deliverable, acceptance criteria and price are agreed before implementation begins.
