When this is useful

A shared workflow needs instructions that someone else can follow.

A useful starting point is a task your team already understands: preparing a report, researching an account or checking a release. Existing examples give us something to compare the agent’s output against. We choose a task small enough to build and test during the day.

I work through the setup with the people who will use it. We document the inputs, tool access and review steps, then run examples together. The team leaves with the workflow and instructions for maintaining it.

What you get

What the day includes

  1. 01

    Choosing the task

Choose a recurring task that takes too long, with someone who knows it well and can tell whether the new way is better.

  2. 02

    Building the workflow

Build the workflow using your tools, with clear instructions and checks along the way.

  3. 03

    Testing the output

Run real work through the setup and agree how quality, exceptions and approvals are handled.

  4. 04

    Documentation and handover

Leave with the working setup, documentation and a clear plan for who will run and improve it.

Common questions

Before you book.

Anything else, ask on the call.

Contact me
  • The people who own the workflow and understand its current constraints. Bring the relevant product, engineering, growth or operations colleagues so the decisions can become part of daily work.

  • We start from your current setup. The focus may be reliability, handoffs, shared ownership or extending a workflow to another team. The day is scoped around the next improvement that matters.

  • One recurring workflow, examples of its inputs and outputs, and access to the relevant tools. We agree the scope and preparation on the first call.

  • The workflow, prompts and documentation stay in accounts you control. We agree software and AI usage costs before starting, and the handover covers ownership and ongoing operation.

On a free 30-minute call, we can look at the task, the tools it uses and who should join the session.
