When this is useful
Some projects need continuity across several releases.
A product change may need customer research, engineering, a launch and time to observe the result. Working together over several months lets me follow those decisions through, with enough context to adjust the work as we learn.
I work alongside your team on the priorities we agree: building features, running growth experiments and improving operational workflows. We review what changed each week and choose the next priorities. Where agents are useful, I build them into the process and document how your team can run them.

How it runs
Planning and reviewing the work
We agree what needs doing, show working progress and keep the decisions clear.
01Assess
Understand the priorities
Talk through what needs doing, what is holding it up and where your team needs help.
02Establish
Work together on something real
Usually begin with a working day or a delivery sprint, using a defined piece of your actual work.
03Deliver
Get the work done
I build, direct the agents and bring you working progress, with your team involved where decisions need them.
04Review
Decide what comes next
Each week, look at what shipped, how it is working and what should change before choosing the next priorities.
Yes. A £2,500 Team adoption session or a scoped delivery sprint from £10,000 gives us a practical starting point. An ongoing partnership is a separate decision.
From £12,000 a month. We agree the priorities, delivery capacity, availability and monthly fee in writing, then review progress each week. It is a rolling engagement with 14 days’ written notice. A larger remit is quoted separately.
We agree what I’m responsible for, the access I need and which decisions need your approval. I get on with that work and check with you before changing the scope, spending money or making commitments.
Yes. Your team works with me on briefs, reviews and implementation. The code, workflows and documentation stay in your accounts, and we make time to work through how to run them.
