Delivery sprint
Put agents to work on your next release.
Ship the integration a customer is waiting for, improve the path from signup to first use, or put a recurring task into an agent workflow. I lead the product and engineering work through release. Projects start at £10,000, with a fixed fee and timeline agreed after scoping.
Price
From £10,000 per project

When this is useful
A separate project can be useful when the core team is already committed.
The work might be an onboarding change, a customer integration or an internal tool. Before starting, we check the existing system, the decisions that need your team’s input and what a useful first release would include. We agree how to check the work and measure its effect before quoting.
I take the agreed scope through design, implementation, testing and release. Agents help with research, code and checks; I review their output and remain responsible for the work. Your team sees progress throughout and receives the code and operating documentation at handover.

How it runs
From the first brief to release
We agree what needs doing, show working progress and keep the decisions clear.
01Discuss
Talk through the problem
Use the free 30-minute call to discuss the opportunity, the existing system and what is holding delivery back.
02Scope
Define the release
Agree what will change for users or the team, what is included, how we will check it, the timeline and the fixed fee.
03Deliver
Build in short cycles
I direct the engineering and agents, review the output and bring your team the decisions that need its input.
04Release
Verify and hand over
Test the agreed work, check the release and hand over the code, workflows and operating instructions.
A focused change to an existing product or workflow, with accessible systems and a clear owner on your side. A larger feature, several integrations or a new product needs a larger scope and quote. We agree the release, measurement, timeline and fee before starting.
We identify a valuable release that can stand on its own. Further work is scoped separately or covered by an ongoing partnership, with the decision made before you commit.
I work in your stack and review process, with agreed access and decision ownership. Your team has visibility into the implementation and can review working progress throughout the sprint.
You keep the code, workflows and documentation in accounts you control. We cover operation and ownership in the handover, and agree hosting, software and AI usage costs before starting.
